Refunds cannot be made once funds (including bonuses) have been used during play.
A refund request will only be considered if requested within the first twenty-four (24) hours after
proposed transaction or within thirty (30) days if the User claims that another person (or a minor) had access to his/her Account.
We also reserve the right to withhold a refund or reverse transaction until the User's identity has been properly verified. You agree to provide, upon our request, notarized identification or any other documents identifying you, in accordance with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. If such notarized or certified identification is not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, then such refund or reverse transaction will not be processed, your Player Account will be closed, and you will forfeit all funds in your Game Account, so determined will be final, binding and not subject to appeal.
The player undertakes to play all games fairly and must not influence the outcome of the game in any way. Including using computers, mathematical equations, betting systems, etc.
The player undertakes to comply with the rules that he agrees to when registering a game profile.
